On all second sundays of every English month and first Thursday of every Malayalam Month prasada ootu is being conducted in the temple at noon and night respectively. Devotees can offer rice, grocery, vegetables, coconut, firewood, etc. can be offered for prasada oottu. On special occassions such as child’s birth, birthday, marriage, marriage anniversary, best success in exams, special achievements, shashtipoorthi, sapthathi, sathabhishekam, sradha day, etc. prasada oottu can be offered before Lord Krishna.
In the temple daily recital of “Sreemad Bhagavatha” from 7 am to 10am is conducted and concluded on 2nd Sunday of every month followed by a religious discourse and annaprasadam. Apart from this, every year during the Vaisakha Month a Maha Saptaha Yajnam” is performed on a grand scale under the guidance of eminent Bhagavatha Acharya’s with annadanam on all days.
For the smooth and successfull conduct of the Sapthahams in the coming years it has been decided to constitute a “Bhagavata Sapthaha Samithi” under the guidance of temple trust.Therefore we are appealing to all SreeKrishna devotees to become life members of this samithi by contributing a sum of Rs. 2001/- each and make it a grand success. This is a rare and noble chance to get blessings of Lord Krishna for whole family members.
On first Thursday in every Malayalam month special pooja and the following sooktharchanas are performed by the temple tantri after deeparadhana.
